Kit Includes:
1ea. instruction sheet
10ea. 3/8 -16 chrome steel Acorn nuts
10ea. 3/8 chrome washers
4ea. 3/8 - 16 x 3/4 hex head bolts
4ea. 3/8 16 x 1 1/4 hex head bolts
1ea. tube Locktite
1ea. left side (stainless steel) bracket (left side is wider)
1ea. right side (stainless steel ) bracket
1ea. left side (black) offset bracket( left side has larger offset)
1ea. right side(black) offset bracket

Starting on right side of bike....
1.Remove completely the two bolts in the strut as shown
(also remove sissy bar if applicable)

2.Locate right side stainless steel bracket and black
offset brackets (left side offset bracket has more
offset than right side) as shown on diagram

3.Install two of the 3/8 -16 x 1 1/4 hex head bolts in
the fender strut (from the inside out) then install
the stainless steel bracket on the bolts (if sissy bar
is used it is to be installed outside of the bracket)

4.Install flat washers on bolts. Place a few drops of
Locktite on the bolt threads and then quickly install
the chrome Acorn nuts and tighten them. The special
heads on the bolts should allow you to hold the bolts
from turning with just your finger tip.

5.Place large flat (black) bracket under the bracket as
shown in diagram. Fasten in place with two 3/8 -16 x
3/4 hex head bolts (from bottom up). Install flat
washers (on top of stainless bracket only) and
Locktite as before.

6.Install chrome Acorn nut and tighten.
Remove existing foot peg as shown, and install offset
bracket between frame and foot peg using existing
hardware. (do not tighten yet)

7.Using one of the 3/8 - 16 x 3/4 bolts supplied as a
packing bolt on the brackets, attach the main bracket
to the offset as shown. Remember to use the Locktite
on these bolts as well.

8.Tighten the foot peg bolt and you are finished on this
side.

9.At this time you deserve a can of your favorite
beverage.....

10.Repeat procedure for other side.

Attach saddlebags as follows: Set inside bottom seam
of bag in lip on mounting bracket and then push the
bag toward the bracket until the quick disconnects
engage. Install locks and you are ready to enjoy many
years of trouble-free service.
